We are a growing, third-generation family-owned company with one of the largest in-stock office furniture inventories in the region, serving businesses locally and nationwide. From planning and design through installation, we help clients create high-impact workspaces using a mix of new, pre-owned, and refurbished furniture solutions.

We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and solutions-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in St. Louis.

This is not a “sit back and answer phones” role.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, communicates confidently, and genuinely cares about creating a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and visitors in our showroom and office
  • Answer inbound phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Support the sales team with small order entry and administrative coordination
  • Assist with customer communication and follow-up
  • Help resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, scheduling, and customer service teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
  • Take ownership of tasks and help keep projects moving forward
